Personality: Feliciano enjoys the fun side of life and tries to make everything he does entertaining. He's naiive and easily frightened so when his brother tellshims tories of wolves and vampires he generally can't sleep for a week. He's cheerful and sunny but can get a little lazy when he has to be responsible.

Background: He grew up in a working class family and had to work hard to make ends meet. He grew up with his family and eventually moved out with Romano when they took over a business together. Feliciano runs an italian restraunt with his brother, inherited from their grandfather, but he's been seeing less and less of him recently. He doesn't mind so much but he's having a hard time running the restraunt without his help.
